  • related publicly available medical and institutional information

Our Services are research and information services only. We organize and present information to support more informed discussions with licensed medical professionals.

2. No Medical Advice

We are not a medical provider, clinic, hospital, or emergency service.

We do not:

  • diagnose
  • prescribe
  • recommend treatment
  • provide medical advice
  • guarantee clinical suitability
  • guarantee trial eligibility
  • guarantee access to any provider, institution, or opportunity
  • provide emergency support
  • replace a physician or other licensed healthcare professional

All information we provide must be reviewed with the relevant treating medical team or other licensed medical professionals.

3. Eligibility to Use Our Services

You may use our Services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract, or if you are acting on behalf of another person with appropriate authority to do so.

If you are submitting an enquiry or purchasing Services on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have the right to provide information and act on their behalf.

4. Service Packages

5. Client Responsibilities

  • use the information we provide responsibly and lawfully.

You remain solely responsible for all medical, treatment, travel, financial, and personal decisions made before, during, or after using our Services.

6. AI-Assisted Research and Human Review

We use advanced AI-assisted tools to support the speed, organization, and breadth of our research process. All outputs are reviewed by humans before they are shared.

AI is used to assist our research process only. It does not replace human judgment, and it does not provide medical advice.

7. Fees and Payment

Fees for our Services are shown at the point of purchase, booking, or agreement.

By purchasing a service package, you agree to pay the stated fee and any applicable taxes or charges. Payment may be processed through third-party providers made available through our website platform.

Unless otherwise stated, payment is due in full before work begins.

8. Cancellation and Refunds

Because our Services involve immediate case-specific work, time allocation, and research activity, all service purchases are final once work has begun.

If you purchase a service package and we have already started work on your case, you will not be entitled to a refund simply because you change your mind, no longer wish to proceed, or decide not to use the information provided.

By purchasing a service package and asking us to begin work promptly, you expressly request that we begin supplying the service before the end of any applicable cancellation period and acknowledge that this may affect any cancellation rights that would otherwise apply.

However, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law. Where the law requires a refund, cancellation right, repair, repeat performance, or other remedy, those legal rights will apply.

If we have not yet started work on your case, we may, at our discretion, consider a cancellation request.

If we decline your case before work begins, we may issue a full refund.

9. No Guarantee of Outcome, Eligibility, or Access

We do not guarantee:

  • that any option identified will be medically appropriate;
  • that any institution or trial will respond;
  • that any provider will accept a client;
  • that any treatment-access pathway will be available;
  • that a client will meet eligibility criteria;
  • that any option will lead to benefit, improvement, or any particular outcome

Medical criteria, trial requirements, institutional policies, timing, geography, and regulatory conditions can all change.

10. Communication and Handoff

As part of certain service packages, we may help organize findings into a structured summary and, where appropriate, help initiate contact by email with possible providers, institutions, centers, or opportunities at home or abroad.

Once we have delivered the agreed research output and, where relevant, made those initial connections, our role ends.

From that point onward, the client communicates directly with the relevant medical professionals, institutions, or organizations. We do not provide ongoing case management, care coordination, treatment administration, or continued clinical communication unless expressly agreed in writing as part of a separate service.

11. Timing and Delivery

Any turnaround times stated on the website or in communications are estimates only unless expressly confirmed otherwise.

We will make reasonable efforts to deliver work within the expected timeframe, but we are not liable for delays caused by incomplete information, third-party delays, complex case requirements, force majeure, or circumstances outside our control.

12. Reliance on Information

Our Services may include information gathered from public sources, databases, institutions, publications, and other third-party materials. While we aim to work carefully and responsibly, we do not warrant that all information will always be complete, current, available, or error-free.

Clients should independently verify important details directly with the relevant medical provider, institution, trial site, or licensed healthcare professional.

  • copying or republishing our materials without permission;
